A Memory Lane Event: Envision what it would be like to have the event or wedding of your dreams...

As you start getting ready: You're surrounded by the people you love the most. You're calm and happy. You don't have a care in the world...except that you are so excited and happy that TODAY is the day you marry the love of your life.
You've been planning for months leading up to this day, and it's been so much fun! None of it has been in distress, stressful or time-consuming...actually it's been a delight, no...absolute bliss to plan your wedding.

- Bridal workshop class room will be located in the balcony.
- Meet & greet of Miss Colorado and Ms. Galaxy will be in the balcony.
- Fashion shows and bar will be located in the main ballroom.
- Flash mob will take place throughout ballroom. You Tube video will be infused with all sponsors logos.
- Add a hot vendor meal for you and your staff. We're there from 1pm to 9 pm for set up, the event and tear down. Vendor meals will be delivered to your booth.
- Attendee check in and (4) rounds of sit down dinner for attendees will be offered on the main floor; seating as a reception. Only 400 spots available for sit down dinner.
Load in happens in the back alley of the Sherman Street Event Center (18th & Sherman, downtown): Your delivery time will be scheduled and updated on the event web page: http://vendorsinfo-enchantedgarden.eventbrite.com The password is AMLE EnchantedGarden. It is your responsibility to check the page for your load in time. Larger booths with lots of items &/or heavy items will be able to use the elevator otherwise you will be scheduled to use the stairs. You need to let us know in advance if you require the use of the elevator.
Vendor Information Meeting: Thursday 2/9/12 at noon-1pm at Sherman Street Event Center - Get the details you need to be aware of. If you can’t personally make it; please send a company rep. Know before the show exactly what will happen on the day of the event. Where to park, where to unload, when to be there, where to check in, the location of your booth, how to get to it on the day of, where you can eat before the show starts, cover vendor booth regulations and more.
SET UP/ TEAR DOWN – DISPLAYS MUST BE SET UP NO LATER THAN 15 MINS BEFORE THE SHOW. NO DISPLAYS ARE TO BE DISMANTLED PRIOR TO THE END OF THE SHOW. Any exhibitor dismantling prior to the end of the show will be fined $50. You must have someone in your booth from the beginning to the end of the show in your booth.
Fashion show models meeting: Friday 2/10/12 6pm-7pm. Location to be determined. Models and required individuals will be informed of location. Required Individuals: Models both the ladies and the men. DJ – Maestro Music, AMLE staff helping with the fashion show, Tori of Bronze & Beautiful, Peggy of Hair Touch Design, Dream Dress and Bridal Dress Salon in Fashion Show, Rev. Kim Tavendale.
